Educator’s Night Out

Zoo Boise is excited to host a FREE night exclusively for educators. Come enjoy a night at the zoo, without the students!

Join us for this free event that will showcase Zoo Boise’s many programs, both here at the zoo and those that can be brought to you and your students. Learn how Zoo Boise can connect your students with animals and how you can implement an empathy for wildlife framework into your classroom.

Guests will have the opportunity to encounter our Animal Ambassadors, meet our Education staff, and explore many activities you can lead in your own classroom! We will have activity stations highlighting our STEM programs and a sneak peek of our outreach offerings. Complimentary light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be offered. The café will be open for additional snacks and meal purchases. Beer, wine, and cider will be available for purchase.

This event is exclusively for active teachers, informal educators and administrative support staff. Educators must pre-register and provide a valid school/work ID when they check in on the day of the event. Educators can register one additional friend to bring with them to the event. Guests attending the event must be at least 18 years old; children will not be allowed in the zoo for this event.

Attendance is limited and registration is required. Teachers should register individually.
