Spooktacular

Join us for the annual Spooktacular, Zoo Boise’s merry-not-scary Halloween Fun-Fest! This year there will be more to do than ever!
Spooktacular will run the evenings of October 14-16 and 21-23. This walking tour will feature a variety of fun Halloween displays, activities, and a few animal encounters all designed for younger children. Spooktacular will also present a black light Halloween dance party, mascot meet-and-greets, professional magic, obstacle course, the Bone Yard, mini hay bale maze, a chance to hang out in the Bat House at night, and much much more!
Hours are 6:00pm-9:00pm on October 14, 15, 21, and 22 and 5:30pm-8:00pm on October 16 and 23. The walking tour should last about 1-2 hours depending upon the time you stay at various activity stations. Entrance to Spooktacular is the regular fall admission prices. Friends of Zoo Boise members receive a $1 discount off of admission to Spooktacular.
*Please note: Since this event takes place at night and most of the zoo animal exhibits will not be open.
