General Admission/Non-Members
Tickets may be purchased in person on the day of your visit or online in advance. Online tickets are available up to one week in advance. Please remember that all ticket sales are non-refundable and dates and times are non-transferrable. All encounters are weather and animal permitting and are subject to change at any time.
Guests redeeming daily admission passes (examples: PERK 21, El Ada, Family 4-pack, Ronald McDonald, etc.) or reciprocity with other participating zoos no longer need a reservation. Please check in with your pass or reciprocity membership and photo ID at the front gate.
General Admission TicketsMembers
Members are no longer required to make a reservation. However, presenting your Membership Card and a proof of ID remain required.

What’s Closed?
Buildings, attractions, and encounters may be closed to visitor traffic for the safety of guests, animals, and/or staff. Availability is subject to change at any time.
Concessions
- Expedition Grill is open daily.
- Visitors may bring their own food. Glass, straws, and alcohol are not permitted.
