Just because the temperatures are dropping, it doesn’t mean the fun stops at Zoo Boise.
Located in beautiful Julia Davis Park in Downtown Boise, Zoo Boise is home to over 100 different species.
Many favorite residents aren’t bothered by winter weather and love being outside. Plus, lots of other animals can be seen indoors.
So mark your calendar for $3 discount days:
All zoo admissions will be only $3 each every Thursday from November 2024 through February 2025.
And brand new for this year, it’s “$3 Holidays”. Admissions will also be only $3 each on Friday, November 29 for Black Friday and from Saturday, December 21 – Tuesday, December 31, 2024 for Christmas break.
For many, Zoo Boise is the only opportunity to see and appreciate the wonders of wildlife throughout the year. Guests of all ages can learn about the natural world and the importance of protecting and preserving it for generations to come.
In fact, Zoo Boise turned the act of visiting the zoo into a conservation action. Since 2007, visits have helped to generate more than $4 million towards conservation.
Zoo Boise is owned by the City of Boise and managed by the Boise Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the Friends of Zoo Boise, a private non-profit organization.
Zoo Boise is is open daily from 10AM – 5PM*. Last admission is at 4PM.
* Zoo Boise will be closed on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 28, 2024), Christmas (Wednesday, December 25, 2024), and New Year’s Day (Wednesday, January 1, 2025).
