Daytime Rentals
If your family, group, or organization is looking for space to hold a private event but you don’t need the whole zoo to yourself, reserved space is available during regular business hours.
Family & Group Options
Zoo Boise has outdoor space for up to 80 people, which can be reserved for two hours. Space is assigned according to availability and group size and is at the discretion of zoo staff. Reservation fee is for private space only and does not include daily admission fee for guests. Admission fees may be pre-purchased online one week in advance, or at the gate the day of your event.
Admission fees may be purchased by the host or individually by guests. While reserved space is for a two hour period, your admission fee allows you to visit the zoo all day. Zoo memberships may be applied to admission. Group rates are not applicable.

Zoo admission is required and not included in price.
Catering Options
Zoo Boise’s preferred caterer, Taste Catering is available for all of your food and beverage needs. Alcohol is not permitted onsite during regular business hours. Outside food is not permitted in reserved spaces except for birthday cake or cupcakes. Zoo concessions are available according to hours of operation.
Balloons, straws, glitter, and stickers are not allowed onsite. Private zookeeper talks and animal presentations are not available, however guests are welcome to attend all public encounters and talks.
