Zoo Boise holds a variety of events throughout the year. From adult only events to family fun days, there’s always something exciting happening at the zoo.
Easter EGGstravaganza
Saturday, April 4, 2026
Hop on over to Zoo Boise where the Easter Bunny will be available for photo-ops and his helpers will be passing out candy at stations throughout the zoo. There will also be face painting, special treats for the animals, activities, vendors, and more. It’s always totally EGG-cellent! Normal admissions prices apply, but free for zoo members.

We’re opening the zoo afterhours for adults (21+) only! Explore on a summer evening and enjoy zoo experiences at your own pace.

Zoo Boise’s premier event of the year! Guests (21+) will be treated to an unforgettable evening featuring extraordinary cuisine and drinks from local restaurants and catering companies, live music, live auction, raffle, one-of-a-kind zoo items for sale, and special zoo experiences.

Join Zoo Boise for the best family Halloween event in town! There will be trick or treat candy stations, costume contests for all ages, vendors, photo ops, face painting, special Halloween themed treats for the zoo animals, and much more! Normal admissions prices apply, but free for zoo members.

Are you looking for an affordable way to gain public awareness for your group, company, or organization? Booth space is available at Zoo Boise’s biggest events of the year. This is a great opportunity to promote your organization, grow your brand, or sample and demonstrate your products to 1000s of kids, parents, and families.
