Thursday, February 29, 2024 5:30 - 7:30PM **DATE CHANGED** Whether your family has natural artistic talent or just wants a fun experience, enjoy painting at Zoo Boise for Animals and Art. Instructed by local artist Deanna Peacock, this evening will include paint instruction and snacks. Registration required. Designed for ages 5 years and older. Saturday, March 30, 2024 10AM - 5PM Join Zoo Boise for an EGG-citing day at Easter EGGstravaganza presented by U.S. Bank on Saturday, March 30! Hop on over for candy stations, special treats for the zoo animals, activities, encounters, vendors, and more. The Easter Bunny will also be available for photos with purchase. It’ll be totally EGG-cellent! 10AM - 5PM with last admission at 4PM. Normal admissions prices apply. All weekend long (Friday, September 6 through Sunday, September 8), Zoo Boise admissions are HALF OFF! No coupons or codes required, just purchase your half priced tickets at the gate. Zoo Boise will be open from 10AM to 5PM, with last admission at 4PM. Located in beautiful Julia Davis Park in Downtown Boise, Zoo Boise is one of the most popular attractions in Idaho. It's currently home to hundreds of animals representing about 100 different species. Due to Art in the Park happening this weekend, there will be no parking inside Julia Davis Park. Thursday, September 12 6 - 8PM Join Zoo Boise for an afterhours zoo experience designed for individuals with disabilities and their families and friends! Stations are focused on varying degrees of sensory input and will include self-guided animal artifact exploration, guided zoo exploration time (please note, some animals have an early bedtime), up close animal encounters, and art activities. Registration/payment required for each family member. Cost: $8 per person.
